摘要
AP1000核电站无线通信系统主要用于主控室操作人员、远距离停堆室操作员、巡视和应急操作的维护和巡检人员之间的通信联系,包括日常维护、启停堆操作、装料操作以及在应急或事故工况下等进行操作。无线通信系统要求覆盖整个厂区范围,且无盲区。介绍了AP1000无线通信系统通过采用Wi Fi设计以及系统架构,减少电缆敷设量和管道布线,实现了全面的电厂寿期管理;设计了AP1000电磁兼容性(EMC)标准以及模型;对AP1000无线通信系统的模型设计原理、建立原则及现场试验方法与验收标准进行了说明。对AP1000核岛内各个房间的限制区划分提出建议方案,以保证无线通信系统的应用范围,同时便于核电站运行和维护,满足业主的使用功能需求,并为将来设备的升级优化提供经验数据支持,也为其在后续堆型中的继续推广起示范作用。该方案也可以推广到国内外其他核电堆型,具有广阔的应用前景。
The wireless communication system in AP1000 nuclear power plant is mainly used for communication of operators of main control room and remote shutdown room,and maintenance and inspection personnel,in routine operation,start and shut-down reactor,fueling operation and emergency or accident conditions. The wireless system is requested to cover entire plant area, and no blind spots. Through using WiFi design and system architecture, the amount of cabling and wiring conduit in AP1000 wireless communication is reduced,thus comprehensive plant life management can be implemented. The AP1000 EMC standard and its model design are introduced emphatically. The design principle,setup criteria,site test method and acceptance standard of AP1000 wireless system are described. The scheme of how to divide restricted area of the rooms to promise the application of wireless system is proposed to ensure the applicable range of the wireless communication system. It will benefit for operation and maintenance of nuclear power plant and satisfy the functional demands of owner,and provide sufficient experience data for system updating in the future. The scheme also has demonstration effect for the follow upreactor projects and can be promoted to other nuclear power plants.
