摘要
为实现疏浚底泥的资源化利用,以上海黄浦江支流河道底泥为原料制备成免烧结多孔材料并用以处理污染河道原水。在前期研究的基础上选择最佳工艺参数:水固比为0.5,成孔剂Triton X-100占固体比例为2%,水泥和底泥比例为1:1。将此材料对河道原水进行处理并进行相关表征发现,材料微生物挂膜效果良好,总磷的去除率可达到77.44%,磷酸盐去除率为70%~98%,达到国家地表水Ⅱ类水质相关标准,为城市河道底泥处置及资源化提供了科学依据。
Non-sintered porous material of river sediment from the Huangpu River in Shanghai was made to treat polluted river water. This porous material was mainly composed of river sediment. The optimal formula was as followings water to solid ratio was 0.5, cement to sediment ratio was 1:1,consisting 2% of foaming agent Triton X - 100. Biofilm was well developed albite on the surface of the material. Removal of total phosphorous and phosphate in water could reach to 77. 4% and 70% -9 8 % respectively and could comply with Category II of National Surface Water standards. This study provided a useful method for treatment of digged sediment.
