全聚苯乙烯泡沫板墙体日光温室的应用效果 被引量:6

摘要 为了探究聚苯乙烯泡沫板轻质墙体对日光温室保温效果的影响,对栽培种植管理相同的全聚苯乙烯泡沫板墙体(200 mm)日光温室(简称EPS温室)和传统夯土墙墙体日光温室的室内热环境进行了对比研究。结果表明:白天(保温被开启阶段)晴天、阴天情况下,EPS温室室内温度比土墙温室室内温度平均低1.6℃和3.2℃,雨天、雪天特殊天气情况下,EPS温室室内温度比土墙温室室内温度平均低0.5℃和0.6℃,不影响作物正常生长的情况下,可以有效减少高温高湿病虫害的发生;夜间(保温被遮蔽阶段)晴天、阴天情况下,EPS温室比土墙温室的室内温度平均低0.6℃和0.4℃,在雨天和雪天特殊天气下,EPS温室比土墙温室的室内温度平均低0.1℃和高0.2℃,其保温效果与土墙温室基本一样。EPS温室在节省土地、大幅度提高土地利用率、建造简便的同时,夜间达到了较好的保温效果,在一些暖冬地区可以进行建造使用,但要注意特殊天气及时采取应对措施。 In order to explore the influence of polystyrene foam board on the insulation effect of solar greenhouse,a comparative experiment of thermal environment in the greenhouse of two different types of wall(200 mm polystyrene foam board and soil) was carried out in this paper. The results showed that,in sunny and cloudy days of daytime(insulation pads opened),the indoor temperatures of polystyrene foam board greenhouse(EPS) were lower than soil wall greenhouse by 1. 6 ℃ and 3. 2 ℃ on average; in rainy and snowy days,the indoor temperatures of EPS were lower than soil wall greenhouse by 0. 5 ℃ and 0. 6 ℃on average,which did not affect the normal growth of crops,and could effectively reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases under high temperature and high humidity. In sunny and cloudy days of nighttime(insulation pads closed),the indoor temperatures of EPS were lower than soil wall greenhouse by 0. 6 ℃ and0. 4 ℃ on average; in rainy and snowy days,the indoor temperature of EPS was lower than soil wall greenhouse by 0. 1 ℃ and highter than soil wall greenhouse by 0. 2 ℃ on average,so the insulation effect of EPS was the same as soil wall greenhouse. The EPS greenhouse is simple to build,saves the land and improves the utilization ratio of land,and could reach a well insulation effect at night,so it is suitable to be built in some warm winter areas,but the special weather should be paid attention to in a timely manner.
