摘要
本文主要介绍笔者指导医学本科生完成创新性实验的亲身体会:根据学生所掌握的理论与实践能力,选定实验的课题;团队组成男女比例最好1∶1;条件允许的前提下,正式实验的时间最好安排在暑假;利用微信等灵活的指导方式便于实验的开展。以期为医学生创新性实验的完善提供参考和借鉴。
This paper mainly talks about some experiences came from the author＇ s supervising innovative experiment on medical students. For example,the experimental topics was selected according to the theory and practice ability of students;the best proportion of men and women was 1∶ 1; the best time of formal experiment was summer holiday; flexible way chosen to guide by WeChat and so on was suitable for the progression of experiment. Some wise remark put forward to improvement of innovative experiment about medical students.
