摘要
底板锚固技术作为目前国内防治巷道底鼓的一种主要支护加固方法,能够有效解决软岩巷道底鼓问题。针对目前煤矿巷道专业底板锚固钻机急缺的难题,为提高巷道底板锚固孔施工效率,采用研发的全液压履带钻机进行底板锚固孔施工,并在现场进行应用。结果表明:全液压履带钻机的各项性能均满足底板锚固孔施工要求,整体结构安全可靠,实现了高效施工底板锚固孔作业的功能,为类似矿井巷道底鼓提供了参考。
Floor anchor technology as one of the main reinforcement method in the current domestic control of roadway floor heave, which can effectively solve the problem of soft rock roadway floor heave. Aiming at the problem of the shortage of the coal mine roadway floor anchor drilling rig, in order to improve the construction efficiency of roadway floor anchor hole, roadway floor anchor hole is performed by new type full hydraulic crawler rig. The results showed that the performance of the drilling rig can meet the construction requirements of cable bolt hole and grouting hole and the structure was safety and reliability. With the function of efficient construction in floor anchor hole, it can provide reference and guidance for similar coal mine floor heave control.
