摘要
采用聚丙烯凝胶电泳技术分析和比较了内蒙古不同地区的7种荞麦的过氧化物酶活性,比较其亲缘关系、抗病性及抗寒性强弱.结果表明:7种荞麦共4条酶带,迁移率在0.18~0.38之间.同工酶谱表明:乌盟2号与其他六种荞麦的亲缘关系较远,其他六种荞麦的亲缘关系较近,抗病性强弱为通辽2号>通辽1号、赤峰1号、武川1号>通辽3号、乌盟1号>乌盟2号,乌盟2号的抗寒性要弱于其他六种.
The Inner Mongolia in difference parts of the seven kinds of Buckwheat peroxidase isozyme activity are analysed from their relationship, disease resistance and cold resistance by polypropylene gel electrophoresis technology. The genetic relationship between Wumeng 2 and other six kinds of buckwheat is far away, and other six buckwheats relatives close, the ability of resistance to disease are Tongliao 2 〉 Tongliao 1 ,Chifeng 1 ,Wuchuan 1 〉 Tong liao 3 , Wumeng 1 〉 Wumeng 2 ,the cold resistance of Wumeng 2 is weaker than the other six.
