摘要
目的分析药品管理中"6S管理"理论的应用价值。方法将"6S管理"理论应用于药品管理中,从6个项目实行全员参与与专业负责制,即:整理、整顿、清扫、规范、素养、安全,对药品管理制度予以进一步完善,定期进行药品检查。结果 "6S管理"理论的应用,使药品的摆放更为一目了然、井然有序,不仅能够使药品管理工作场所保持干净整洁,还可以进一步提升药品管理工作效率、质量。结论 "6S管理"理论的应用,使药品主管人员、普通工作人员在药品日常管理中有章可循、有据可依,对于自身的职责能够予以明确,有利于进一步推进药品管理的科学化、规范化。
Objective To analyze the application value of ＂6S management＂ theory in the hospital pharmacy management.Methods The ＂6S management＂ theory was applied in the pharmacy management, and the all staff participation and professional responsibility system were conducted from six aspects including sorting up, revamp, cleaning, norm, quality and safety, and the pharmacy management system was further improved and the drug inspection was regularly conducted.Results The application of ＂6S management＂ theory can make the drug placement clear and orderly, which can not only make the pharmacy management workplace keep clean and tidy, but also further improve the drug management working efficacy and quality. Conclusion The application of ＂6S management＂ theory makes the pharmacy executive staff and common staff have rules to follow in the pharmacy daily management and make sure their own duties, which is conducive to further promoting the scientific and standardized pharmacy management.
