摘要
目的总结芒果苷的现代药理作用研究,为芒果苷进一步的研究开发奠定基础。方法主要根据近30年来国内外公开发表的研究,对芒果苷的现代药理作用进行综述。结果通过查阅、总结相关文献,发现了芒果苷在呼吸系统、中枢神经系统、抗氧化、降血糖、抗炎、退热镇痛、免疫调节、抗病毒以及抗肿瘤等多方面的现代药理作用。结论芒果苷的作用所涉及范围极为广范,值得更进一步深入研究。
Objective To summarize the modem pharmacological effects of the mangiferin and lay the foundation for its further researcht. Methods According to the study result published in the last 30 years, the modern pharmacological effects of mangiferin were summarized. Results Through reviewing and summarizing the relevant literature,the modem pharmacological effects of mangiferin respiratory system, central nervous system, antioxidant, hypoglycemic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic, immune regulation, antiviral and antitumor and so on were founded. Conclusion The pharmacological effects of mangferin is very extensive, this deserves further study.
