摘要
为解决现有废弃物处理机带来的资源浪费和二次污染问题,从改进处理机的功能结构入手,将TRIZ理论应用到处理机创新设计当中。TRIZ理论中的物理冲突定义和分离方法应用、技术冲突定义和发明原理应用,为处理机产品提供了创新设计思路,得到了一种集粉碎研磨和造粒于一体的新型处理机设计方案,并通过建模渲染得到了该方案的三维数字化模型。通过优化产品功能结构,使废弃物资源得到合理利用,处理机的操作更加人性化,节约了水资源,避免了二次污染的发生,达到了人、产品、环境的和谐相处。
The existing waste processor has the waste of resources and the two pollution problems. Focusing on these issues and starting with the functional structure of the improved processor, the research uses TRIZ theory to carry out the innovative design of the processor. The definition of physical contradiction and the application of separation method, the definition of technical contradiction and the application of creative principles of TRIZ theory have been used, which provided innovative design ideas for the processor product, and an innovative design scheme of a new type of machine. Meanwhile the 3D digital model of the scheme was obtained by modeling and rendering. Through optimizing the product function and structure, waste resources can be reasonably used, the operation of processor is more user-friendly, water resources can be greatly saved, the secondary pollution is avoided, hence to achieve harmony among people, products and environment.
