摘要
目的:探讨集中护理管理模式对心脏骤停患者心肺复苏抢救的应用价值。方法:选择2014年6月~2015年6月我院急诊科接收的心源性心脏骤停患者41例为对照组,2015年7月~2016年7月同类患者38例为观察组,均开展常规心肺复苏抢救,对照组接受常规护理,观察组应用集中护理管理模式指导护理。对比两组患者复苏效果、患者生命体征指标及应激反应指标变化情况。结果:观察组60 min内复苏成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者复苏总成功率方面比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者复苏30,60 min时收缩压、血氧饱和度均高于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在心脏骤停患者心肺复苏抢救中应用集中护理管理模式,有助于降低患者应激水平,改善血气指标,进而提升复苏效率。
Objective ： To discuss the application value of centralized nursing management model for the rescue of sudden cardiac arrest through cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods： Selected 41 patients with cardiogenic sudden cardiac arrest admitted in emergency department of our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015, and selected 38 patients of the same kind as the observation group, and all patients were rescued through eardiopulmonary resuscitation, where patients in the observation group received conventional nursing, and patients in the observation group received the nursing guided by centralized nursing management mode. Patients in the two groups were compared in the change of resuscitation effect, patients ＇ vital sign indicators and stress response indicator. Results ： The resuscitation success rate of patients in the observation group within 60min was higher than that of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the comparison of overall resuscitation success rate of patients in the two groups was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The systolic pressure and oxyhemoglobin saturation of patients in the observation group at 30rain and 60min of resuscitation were higher than those of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6 ）, interleukin - 8 （ IL - 8 ） levels of patients in the observation group were lower than those of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The application of centralized nursing management mode in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation rescue of patients with sudden cardiac arrest could reduce the patients＇ stress level, improve blood index, so as to increase the resuscitation efficiency.
