摘要
本文研究了新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺 (DBM- MSA)与铅的显色反应。在 3mol· L-1的 H3 PO4介质中 ,铅与 DBM- MSA形成稳定的蓝色配合物 ,铅的质量浓度在 0 .0 1— 0 .6 μg· m L-1服从朗伯 -比耳定律 ,该法用于测定皮蛋中的铅 ,回收率为 99%— 10 3% ,相对标准偏差为 3.94 % (n=8) 。
A new reagent dibromo-p-methyl-methyl-sulfonazo(DBM-MSA) is sensitive and highly secective chromogenic reagent for lead.In 3mol·L -1 H 3PO 4 solution,DBM-MSA reacts with Pb(Ⅱ) and forms a 1∶2 blue stable.Lambert-Beer's law is obeyed in the range of Pb 0.01- 0.6μg/mL.The proposed method was applied to the determination of lead in duck's egg prevered in lime with satisfactory results.
