摘要
建立了一套用于产生瞬变物种的脉冲高压放电分子束装置 ,以 N2 气为例 ,对高压脉冲放电过程和整个荧光采集系统的工作效率进行了研究 ,从 N2 气的振动光谱中得到其激发态的振动温度为 2 2 5 7K。
A new equipment of pulsed DC discharge supersonic molecular beam was developed for producing transient species.The effects and processes of discharge, the efficiency of the fluorescence collection and other factors to the emission properties were studied.The vibrational temperature of the excited N 2 of 2257K was found from the emission spectra.
