摘要
研究了 Ag Cl溶胶比浊法测定烟草中微量氯的条件 ,加入丙酮作为胶体保护剂 ,加强胶体的稳定性 ,提高了测定的精密度和准确度。用于测定国标样品及几个烟叶样品 ,结果准确 ,操作简便。
The trace chlorine in tobacco was determined by AgCl turbidimetry under optimized experimental conditions.Both of the stability of AgCl colloid and the precision of the method are improved with the addition of acetone.The method was applied to determine the trace chlorine in standard material and some tobacco samples with satisfactory results.
