FPU/AT纳米复合材料的合成及性能研究

摘要 凹凸棒土(Attapulgite,简称AT)经硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)表面改性后作为纳米填料引入到含氟聚氨酯(FPU)体系中制备含氟聚氨酯/凹凸棒土纳米复合材料(FPU/AT-KH550)。研究了AT在基体的分散效果、复合材料的热稳定性及动态力学性能。结果表明:0.5%添加量的AT能够在FPU体系内良好分散;AT的引入,使含氟聚氨酯的热稳定性和初始分解温度明显提高;动态储能模量升高;FPU分子链交联密度增加的同时还保留了氟元素(F)向FPU表面迁移的能力。 Flourinated polyurethane (FPU) filled characterized by thermogravimetrie analysis (TGA), spectroscopy (XPS) and rheometer individually. AT's with attapulgite (AT) modified by KH-550 was synthesized and transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ) , X - ray photoelectron dispersion and composites' thermal stability, dynamic mechanical properties were studied individually. TEM results showed that AT nanorods were irregularly dispersed in FPU matrix, nanocomposites exhibited a higher initial decomposition temperature (IDT) and FPU's thermal stability was promoted. The modulus of the composites was higher than neat FPU. The introduction of the AT not only enhanced crosslinking density, but also retained the migration capacity of fluoride (F) to the surface of FPU.
