PANI/PVDF基超级电容器的制备及性能表征

Preparation and Performance of Supercapacitor Based on Polyaniline/Poly(vinylidene fluoride) Composite

摘要 使用氢氧化钾对PANI/PVDF复合材料进行了改性并制备了具有三维网状结构的PANI/PVDF复合电极材料。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)方法对该电极材料的表面形貌和成分进行表征,并在硫酸电解液中对制备的液态对称器件和液态非对称器件进行了电化学测试。其液态对称器件具有良好的循环寿命,循环10000次后比容量仍有80%;液态非对称器件在能量密度为3.5 Wh/kg时,其功率密度可达到15 k W/kg。 The electrode material which had three-dimensional networks was prepared by polyaniline (PANI)/poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) composite with a modification of potassium hydroxide (KOH). Scan electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to characterize the morphology and component. The assembled liquid symmetric and asymmetric capacitors were evaluated using two-electrode systems with 2 mol/L H2SO4 electrolyte. The liquid symmetric capacitor had good cyclic stability. After 10000 charge- discharge cycles, the capacitance retention was as high as 80%. The power density of liquid asymmetric capacitor was as high as 15 kW/kg at energy density of 3.5 Wh/kg.
