管式纳滤膜MBR对于城市废水的处理工艺研究

摘要 为直接提高MBR出水水质,简化工艺、降低成本,本实验将纳滤管式膜直接应用于膜生物处理器中,在相似条件下对超滤MBR与纳滤MBR去除城市污水的效果进行比较,检测其COD,氨氮等主要水污染参数,同时检测MBR的压力、通量等运行参数。结果显示纳滤MBR出水COD除去率在97%以上,稳定性和出水水质上都要好于超滤MBR;而对于NH3-N,纳滤MBR的去除效果更加更稳定。在一个月的时间内,膜污染在可接受的范围内。 In order to improve the water quality of MBR, simplify the process and reduce the cost, the tuDe type nanofiltration membrane was used directly to form a MBR configuration, treating laboratory sewage with similar concentration to municipal wastewater, to observe the treatment effects of UF MBR and NF MBR under similar conditions and detect the main parameters of water pollution such as COD, NH3-N and the operating parameters of MBR. It was concluded that COD removal rate was more than 97% in NF MBR's effluent, and its stability and effluent quality were better than UF MBR. For the treatment effect of NH3-N, NF MBR's removal efficiency did not show obvious advantage, although it had more stability. Membrane fouling was in an acceptable range in a month.
