摘要
基于化工企业设置的探测和隔离系统,分段阐述化学品泄漏后的不同情景,并在此基础上提出了环境风险评价中化学品泄漏时间的估算方法。在三类不同探测和隔离系统的设置下,选取发生在反应釜、管道和储罐处的化学品典型泄漏情景,分别估算其化学品泄漏时间,并与风险评价导则中的推荐值进行对比。可知,根据工厂实际风险防控措施估算的化学品泄漏时间一般小于风险评价导则中的推荐值。
Based on the chemical detection and segregation system in chemical plants, different scenarios under chemical leakage were elaborated. An estimation method for chemical leakage time in the environmental risk assessment was proposed. Under different configurations of chemical detection and segregation system, the leakage time of three typical chemical leakage cases in reactor, pipeline and storage tank were estimated. According to the comparative analysis, the estimated results were smaller than the recommended values from environmental risk assessment guidelines.
