摘要
目的对比麦默通乳腺微创旋切术和传统手术治疗乳腺肿块的临床效果。方法收集我院乳腺肿块患者102例,将传统手术治疗患者51例划为对照组,麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗患者51例划为观察组。对比2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、并发症及患者满意程度的差异。结果观察组无论在手术时间、术中出血量还是患者满意程度、并发症情况方面都明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺肿块可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,获得较理想的美容效果与患者满意度,同时并发症较少,有效提升患者生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective For breast masses accepted surgical patients of mammotome minimally invasive breast rotary cutting operation and traditional surgery treatment,observation curative effect comparison superiority. Methods According to the need of study in our hospital from breast masses accept was performed on the clinical data of 102 cases and traditional surgery in the treatment of 51 patients were divided as control group, the mammotome minimally invasive breast rotary cutting operation in the treatment of patients with 51 cases were divided into the observation group. After the treatment, the therapeutic effect was analyzed by comparing the operation time, the amount of bleeding, the degree of satisfaction and the complications of the two groups. Results The study showed that the observation group in terms of the operation time, intraoperative bleeding or patient satisfaction and complications of therapeutic effect are better than that of the control group, there is a significant difference (P〈0.05) compared to clinical curative effect of two groups with statistical significance. Conclusion Through the comparative study can be found, the mammotome minimally invasive breast rotary cut operation for breast mass resection has more excellent therapeutic effect, shorten the operation time and intraoperative blood loss, can achieve ideal cosmetic results and patient satisfaction, also less complications, effectively enhance the quality of life in patients with. Thus, it can be said to accept breast tumor resection in the clinical treatment of patients with higher application value.
