摘要
英国的国民医疗保健系统发展至今渐成雏形,其在处理政府与市场关系时对医疗机构的界定和划分经历了政府控制、内部市场化到多元化的治理主体,通过借鉴英国在公共治理理念指导下的做法,给我国医疗机构设置带来了许多启示,包括建设回应型政府、医院性质的转变和家庭医生制度等。
Britain＇ s National Health Service has dealing gradually come into a prototype system development. In with the relationship between government and market on the definition and classification of medical institutions, Britain experienced the process of government control, internal market and pluralistic governance body. The practice in British guided by the idea of public governance has brought a lot of enlightenment for establishment of medical institutions in China, including the construction of response to the government, the transition of the nature of the hospital and the family doctor system, etc.
