摘要
本文通过对国产WFX-810型塞曼原子吸收分光光度计一段时间的使用与实际测量后,着重考察了仪器开机后不预热情况下的长时间静态基线稳定性、分时段长时间、多元素、混合测量数据的重现性即在8小时内连续进行多元素测量、关机后第二天继续进行测量、以及若干天后的再次进行测量等,从而确定在不同时段内测量数据的重现性,从一个侧面反映了现有国产WFX-810型塞曼原子吸收仪器的性能一对指导用户在实际使用中诸多常见的工作,具有一定的参考价值。
In this article we describe two experiments designed to test the performance of China's domestic brand type WFX-810 Zeeman Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers(Zeeman AAS).The first experiment deals with long-time baseline stability when instruments are used immediately after power on without a warm-up period.The second experiments deal with reproducibility of multi-element simultaneous measurements over extended use in one day and in the long term.For the second experiments,we emphasized on testing the instruments for reproducibility in multi-element simultaneous measurements repeated over eight consecutive hours,and on the following day or a few days later after power off.These results show that the type WFX-810 Zeeman Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer possess upstanding performance stability.
