摘要 根据评估视角的差别,提出供应链结构风险与运营风险概念。仅考虑供应链上单个企业,引入信息熵的概念,建立模型评估运营风险的大小。并针对某跨国公司采购部供应链12个月的数据,计算信息熵大小,与部门DPMO指标进行拟合。实证表明,信息熵的大小与DPMO的大小存在明显线性关系。 In this paper, in view of the difference between evaluation perspectives, we proposed the concept of the structural risk and operational risk of the supply chain. By only considering a single enterprise on the supply chain, we introduced in the concept of information entropy and established a model to estimate the magnitude of the operational risk of the company. Then based on the supply chain data of the purchasing department of a certain transnational company for a twelve-month period, we calculated the size of the information entropy and fited it with the DPMO index of the department and found that there existed marked linear relationship between the two.
