乙醛脱氢酶1在雌激素受体阴性浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及其预后意义 被引量:3

摘要 乙醛脱氢酶1(aldehyde dehydrogenase-1,ALDH-1)作为肿瘤干细胞标志物受到越来越多的关注,但目前关于ALDH-1在雌激素受体(ER)阴性乳腺癌中的表达研究较少,我们采用免疫组织化学SP法分析ALDH—1蛋白在浸润性乳腺癌患者中的表达情况,并分析其与乳腺癌各临床病理学特征的关系及预后意义。
