摘要
目的研究分析本院9例糖尿病并发白内障患者的临床病症、危险因素以及治疗对策。方法回顾性分析9例糖尿病并发白内障患者的临床资料,包括患者的具体病情、治疗经过以及出院后的随访记录等,总结治疗经验。结果 9例患者血糖均降至正常,在此期间白内障发展缓慢或不发展。同时,9例患者在出院后2年内的随访中,均未出现明显的复发迹象,也未见有不良反应或并发症情况出现。此外,9例患者术后视力均得到了良好的恢复,视力较术前基本提高了0.1及以上,眼底的病变情况趋于稳定。结论对糖尿病并发白内障患者可在血糖控制下行白内障超声乳化手术和人工晶体植入术予以治疗,应当给予糖尿病并发白内障患者充分的重视,不可对其中任意一种疾病忽视,提升患者生活质量。
Objective To research and analyze clinical symptom, risk factor and treatment countermeasure for 9 diabetes complicated with cataract patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 9 diabetes complicated with cataract patients, including their detailed symptom, treatment progress and follow-up record after discharge, to summarize treatment experience. Results All the 9 cases had declined blood glucose to standard level, with slow development or non-development in cataract during treatment. Followup for 2 years after discharge in the 9 cases showed no obvious recurrence, adverse reactions or complications. Moreover, all 9 cases had good rehabilitation of postoperative vision with increasing over 0.1, along with stabilized ocular fundus lesion. Conclusion Implement of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on the basis of blood glucose control is feasible for diabetes complicated with cataract patients. The patients require sufficient attention, without ignorance on either disease, to improve their quality of life.
