摘要
随着高速公路、城市快速路重大交通事故的频发及以人为本的交通施工理念的提出,需要对高速公路、城市快速路突发性事故做出快速反应,进行事故现场快速隔离.因此,交通路锥的快速收放成为亟待解决的难题.对此,进行了交通事故现场隔离路锥车的总体设计研究,利用皮卡作为车载平台,设计可移动的车载设备加装在车辆货箱进行作业,创造性地利用电磁铁完成路锥的运送,并采用SolidWorks三维软件进行模拟仿真.该路锥车结构设计简单、工作效率及可靠性高,能够快速隔离事故现场,避免交通堵塞,对减少交通伤亡及防止事态恶化起到关键作用.
Due to the high frequency of highway and urban expressway traffic incidents and rapid advance of human-centric conceptions, the emergences should be quickly responded. For the purpose of accident filed isolation, the fast layout and recovery of road cones becomes imperative. Accordingly, an overall design on road-cone vehicle is conducted to handle the traffic incident fields. By using the pickup truck as a vehicle platform, the mobile vehicle device is designed and installed in the carriage, whereas an electromagnet is used to deliver road cones. With assistance of SolidWorksTM, the road-cone vehicle is designed in the simple, efficient and reliable manner. Therefore, the quick isolation for incident fields can avoid traffic jams, reduce traffic injuries and prevent situation deteriorations.
