摘要
介绍了铁型覆砂铸造工艺的特点,并对曲轴料废率高的问题进行了分析。根据各种缺陷的产生原因,采取不同的改进对策,如对浇注系统进行优化、采用低发气量覆膜砂、在覆膜砂中加入Fe2O3和提高铸型排气能力等方法,有效地减少了曲轴的夹渣、气孔、砂眼缺陷,曲轴铸造内部料废率由改进前的18%T降到目前的1.2%,效果明显。
The characteristics of the sand coated iron mould casting process have been introduced, and the problem of high waste rate of crankshaft material has been analyzed. According to the cause of various defects, different improvement measures have been taken. For example, optimizing the casting system, using low gas content coated sand, adding Fe2O3 into coated sand and improving cast exhaust capacity. These methods can effectively reduce the porosity, slag, sand hole of the crankshaft. The waste rate of the crankshaft casting material is decreased from 18% to 1.2% and the effect is obvious.
