摘要
本文针对在线淬火工艺生产16 mm、25 mm和30 mm的三种厚度Q690D试验钢板的组织观察,结合钢板性能进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,试验钢在线淬火后组织以板条马氏体为主,满足Q690D对组织的要求;在线淬火Q690D钢板具有高强度和高韧性良好匹配,较高的强度富余量为后续去应力回火提供了保证。
In this paper, the microstructure and properties of on-line quenched Q690D trial plates with 16 mm, :25 mm and 30 mm thicknesses are analyzed and tested. And results show that the microstructure of trial plates is mainly lath martensite which satisfies the requirement to Q690D. And the on-line quenched Q690D plates have a good combo of high strength and high toughness and their high strength margin is a guarantee for subsequent relief tempering.
