摘要
目的:观察健脾养胃方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果与安全性。方法:将68例晚期胃癌患者随机分为2组,对照组采用FOLFOX4方案治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上给予健脾养胃方治疗,评估比较2组临床疗效、中医证候评分、生存质量及毒副反应。结果:总有效率观察组52.9%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗第7天、第14天、第28天,观察组中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组KPS评分高于对照组,EORTC生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道反应发生率32.4%、肝肾毒性发生率26.5%、骨髓抑制发生率29.4%,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:晚期胃癌患者采用健脾养胃方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗,可缓解临床症状,控制发生毒副反应,提高生存质量。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Jianpi Yangwei prescription combined with FOLFOX4 regimen for advanced gastric cancer. Methods： Divided 68 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer into two groups randomly. Both groups were treated with FOLFOX4 regimen, while the observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Yangwei prescription. Assessed the clinical effect, TCM symptom score, quality of life and toxic side effect in both groups. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 52.9%, being higher than that in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.01）. On 7 days, 14 days and 28 days after treatment, the TCM symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈 0.05）. In the observation group, the KPS（Karnofsky Performance Status） score was higher than that in the control group, while the score of EORTC quality of life scale（EQRTC QLQ-C30, European Organization for Research and Treatment） was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction was 32.4%, the incidence of hepatic and renal toxicity was 26.5%, and the incidence of myelosuppression was 29.4%, all being lower than those in the control group, differences being significant（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of Jianpi Yangwei prescription combined with FOLFOX4 regimen for advanced gastric cancer can relieve the clinical symptoms, control the toxic side effect and enhance the quality of life.
