荆芥挥发油化学成分及药理作用研究现状 被引量:94

Chemical constituents in essential oils of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. and their pharmacological activities

摘要 本文通过查阅、分析近35年的国内外文献报道,对荆芥挥发油的化学成分和药理作用研究现状进行了总结。荆芥挥发油化学成分种类繁多,主要含有单萜类及倍半萜类成分,此外还含有少量的醛、酮、醌、醇、酚、羧酸、酯、烯烃及烷烃类化合物。荆芥挥发油的药理作用,主要体现在抗炎、抗病毒、抗过敏及抗肿瘤等方面,是其临床应用的基础。 This review summarized the literatures on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of essential oils of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. in recent 35 years. The main chemical components include monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids. In addition, many other constituents including aldehydes, ketones, quinones, alcohols, phenols, carboxylic acids, esters, olefins and alkanes were found in the essential oils of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.. Pharmacological studies have shown that the essential oils of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. has anti-inflammation, anti-virus, anti-allergy, and anti-cancer effect.
