摘要
本研究采用四球摩擦试验机进行长磨试验,用Falex试验仪进行极压性能试验,考察冷冻机油基础油中芳烃含量对基础油抗磨损性能的影响和对极压抗磨剂感受性的影响。结果表明:芳烃有助于改善基础油的抗磨性能和极压性能;在基础油黏度等级和温度等物理因素相同的前提下,基础油中的芳烃对极压抗磨剂的抗磨能力有消极影响;芳烃含量适宜时,极压抗磨剂的极压性能最好,即芳烃含量太低或太高,均不利于极压性能的发挥。
Antiwear properties of refrigeration lubricants were tested by four ball friction testing machine and Friction Wear Test Machine to study the effect of aromatic content in base oil on antiwear properties and receptivity to EP additives. The results showed that,aromatic hydrocarbon is helpful to antiwear property and EP property of base oil. Aromatic hydrocarbon in base oil with the same viscosity grade and temperature and other physical factors,has negative effect on the antiwear property of EP additives. With an appropriate amount of aromatic hydrocarbon,EP property of additives is the best,that is to say,there is too much or too little aromatic hydrocarbon to support EP property.
