摘要
目前,质量风险管理应用在药品生产、营销管理中的现状和问题包括企业自身缺乏风险意识、企业质量管理体系不健全、企业内部营销环节的经营质量存在风险以及药品营销过程中与供应商和客户交易中缺乏主动防御等4个方面。药品的质量直接关系患者的自身健康和生命安全,作为药品经营企业必须注重对药品的质量风险管理,不仅可以确保药品质量,还可以塑造企业形象和信誉。企业可从加强企业风险意识、建立并完善相关质量风险管理机构、完善基础设施、加强员工培训以及严格把控采购与销售4个方面进行改进或加强,将药品质量风险管理实施到底。
The current situation and problems in the marketing management of drug production,the quality of the application of risk management including risk and there are 4 aspects of drug marketing process with suppliers and customers transaction lack of active defense enterprises lack of risk awareness,the enterprise quality management system is not perfect,the enterprise internal marketing management quality.The drug is directly related to the quality of the patient's own health and life safety, as the pharmaceutical enterprises must pay attention to the quality of the risk management of drugs,can not only ensure the quality of drugs,can shape the corporate image and reputation.The enterprise can strengthen the enterprise risk awareness,establish and improve the quality of the relevant risk management mechanism,improve infrastructure,strengthen staff training and strictly control the 4 aspects of procurement and sales to improve or enhance the quality risk management,will be implemented in the end.
