摘要
为了减少异丙酚诱导麻醉用量的同时,达到相应的诱导麻醉效果,试验选用地西泮配合异丙酚进行诱导麻醉。通过对地西泮-异丙酚不同剂量搭配的筛选,观察相应的麻醉时间、生物反射及其对犬循环与呼吸系统的影响。结果显示其麻醉时间比单独异丙酚诱导麻醉明显延长,并随着地西泮和异丙酚剂量的增加其麻醉时间明显延长。试验中以0.4 mg/kg地西泮配合异丙酚时,麻醉效果显著,麻醉时间比单独使用异丙酚延长9.25±2.37 min,苏醒时间延长8.82±2.90 min。因此,以0.4 mg/kg地西泮分别配合3.5mg/kg、5mg/kg或7mg/kg剂量的异丙酚复合诱导麻醉是本次试验的最佳搭配剂量,可作为犬诱导麻醉的可选方法之一。

Therefore, 0.4 mg/kg, respec- tively, with diazepam 3.5mg / kg, 5mg / kg or 7mg / kg dose of propofol combined with induction of anesthesia is the best dose of this trial, this is one of the alternative methods of inducing anesthesia on canine.
