摘要
用超声波辅助浸提,氟离子选择性电极浓度直接法测定大豆及制品中的微量氟。结果表明:在40℃条件下超声波浸提3 min,可以提高氟离子浸出率50%以上,平行测定结果的RSD<5%,回收率高于97%,豆制品中豆渣的氟含量高于豆腐数倍。
The micro-fluorine in soybean and products was determined with fluoride ion selective electrode by direct- reading concentration method. This method is rapid, simple, sensitive after the sample was ultrasonicly extracted. The results show that under the condition of 40 ℃, ultrasonic extraction of 3 min, can improve the fluorine ion leaching rate above 50%, the recovery is more than 97%, and RSD is less than 3G, the fluorine content of bean dregs is several times higher than tofu.
