摘要
目的探讨生长激素受体基因外显子10SNPs相关特发性矮小患儿的心理状态。方法选取2013年7月-2014年7月,在该院就诊的生长激素受体基因外显子10SNPs相关特发性矮小患儿76例为研究对象,对患儿心理状态进行调查,并针对患儿心理状况制定相应的护理对策。分别在护理干预3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月时,以回访的形式与患儿及其家属交谈并作调查,观察在上述各时间点干预后,患儿心理状态及身高、血钙、AKP、血磷、ICF-1、25-(OH)D_3等各项指标的变化。结果生长激素受体基因外显子10SNPs相关特发性矮小患儿存有内心及情绪不稳定、交往不良及社会退缩现象;针对性心理护理干预3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月时,各个时间点出现内心及情绪不稳定和交往不良及社会退缩现象的比例均显著低于未干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理护理干预3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月时,患儿ICF-1水平显著提高,血钙、AKP、血磷、ICF-1、25-(OH)D_3均显著高于未干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生长激素受体基因外显子10SNPs相关特发性矮小患儿存有内心及情绪不稳定和交往不良及社会退缩现象。对患儿进行针对性心理护理有助于改善患儿心理状态,加速患儿体内骨转换。
Objective To explore the psychological status of children with single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) related idiopathic short stature in exon 10 of growth hormone receptor gene. Methods Seventy-six children with SNPs related idiopathic short stature in exon 10 of growth hormone receptor gene were selected from the hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 as research object, the psychological status of children was surveyed, corresponding nursing countermeasures were developed. At 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after nursing and intervention, the children and their families were interviewed and investigated. Psychological status, height, blood calcium, AKP, phosphorus, ICF-1, 25- (OH) D3 levels at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after nursing and intervention were observed. Results Emotional instability, poor commu- nication and social withdrawal phenomena were observed in these children; after corresponding psychological nursing and intervention for 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, the proportions of children with emotional instability, poor communication and social withdrawal phenomena were statistically significantly lower than those before corresponding psychological nursing and intervention ( P〈0. 05 ) , ICF- 1 levels increased significantly, the levels of blood calcium, blood phosphorus, ICF-1,25- (OH) D3 were statistically significantly higher than those before corresponding psychological nursing and intervention (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion Emotional instability, poor communication and social withdrawal phenomena are observed in children with SNPs related idiopathic short stature in exon 10 of growth hormone receptor gene. Corresponding psychological nursing can help improve psychological status and accelerate bone conversion of these children significantly.
