高效液相色谱法测定洗发类化妆品中的3种去屑剂 被引量:2

Determination of 3 anti-dandruff agents in shampoo cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 目的建立一种使用高效液相色谱测定洗发类化妆品中常用的3种去屑剂水杨酸、酮康唑和氯咪巴唑的检测方法。方法采用甲醇-乙腈(5∶95,V/V)提取洗发类化妆品中的去屑剂,采用C_(18)色谱柱为分离柱,以甲醇-乙腈-缓冲盐溶液(10∶50∶40,V/V)为流动相,进样量为20μl,柱温为25℃,在230 nm波长下进行检测。结果 3种去屑剂均在2.5 mg/L^50.0 mg/L时线性关系良好,方法的检出限(3S/N)为2.28 mg/L^6.80 mg/L,加标回收率为86.9%~110.9%,相对标准偏差为0.39%~6.67%。采用该方法对6件市售产品进行检测,有4件检出水杨酸,1件检出氯咪巴唑,1件检出酮康唑。结论本方法简便、快速,准确,可用于洗发类化妆品中常用的3种去屑剂水杨酸、酮康唑和氯咪巴唑的检测。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of 3 kinds of anti-dandruff agents( salicylic acid,climbazole,ketoconazole) in shampoo cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Methods The anti-dandruff agents were extracted by mixed solvent of methanol-acetonitrile( 5 ∶95,V/V) from shampoo cosmetics. C18 chromatographic column was used as stationary phase,and methanol-acetonitrile-aqueous solution( 10 ∶50 ∶40,V/V) was used as mobile phase. Operating temperature was 25 ℃. Injection volume was 20 μl. UV-detection at 230 nm was adopted in determination.Results Good linearities were obtained when the concentration of 3 anti-dandruffagents were within 2. 5 mg/L-50. 0 mg/L,with detection limits( 3S/N) of 2. 28 mg/L-6. 80 mg/L. The recovery was within 86. 9%-110. 9%,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) was within 0. 39%-6. 67%. Among test results of 6 shampoo samples from market,salicylic acid was detected in 4 samples; climbazole was detected in 1 sample; and ketoconazole was detected in 1 sample. Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of 3 kinds of anti-dandruff agents( salicylic acid,climbazole,ketoconazole) in shampoo cosmetics.
