摘要
目的建立快速筛查抗风湿类中成药中非法添加布洛芬的薄层色谱方法。方法样品经甲醇提取,采用硅胶GF254薄层板,水饱和的乙酸乙酯为展开剂,在紫外光灯(254 nm)下检测。结果该实验方法简单,经济,快速,薄层色谱分离效果好。结论薄层色谱法可对抗风湿类中成药中非法添加布洛芬进行快速的测定,加强对该类产品的监督检查。
Objective To establish a TLC method for rapid determination of ibuprofen that added to anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine illegally.Methods Samples were methanol extracted,using silica gel GF254 thin layer plate,water-saturated ethyl acetate as expansion agent,detecting at 254 nm. Results This method was simple,economic,rapid and the separation result of TLC was really nice.Conclusion TLC can be used to determine the ibuprofen rapidly that added to the anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine.In order to strengthen the supervision and inspection of the product.
