摘要
眼下世界科技飞速发展,各国新技术、新观念的涌现呈井喷之势。中国的科技发展也开始从跟从式逐渐转变为创新式。根据发达国家成功的经验,创新并不是指没有基础的空想而来,而是建立在对已有标准之上的升华。在这样的大环境驱动下,各行各业都在完善自己的标准,从而更好地指导业内工作,并进一步升华。本文基于发动机新产品的研发,阐明了发动机产品研发标准化工作的主要任务、职责,分析了自主品牌企业标准化的现实环境和实施情况,提出了进一步优化标准化工作的建议。
With the rapid development of science and technology in the world, new technologies and new ideas are gushing out. China＇s science and technology development also begin to change from follow -up development to innovative development gradually. According to the successful experience of developed countries, innovation does not mean fantasy, but the sublimation of the existing standards. In this environment, all walks of life are improving their own standards, so as to better guide the work of the industry, and get further sublimation. Based on the research and development of new engine products, this paper expounds the main tasks and responsibilities of the standardization of R ＆ D of engine products, analyzes the real environment and implementation situation of standardization of own brand enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions for further standardization work.
