摘要
随着分布式电源、随机负荷、储能电池等分布式设备渗透接入配电网,改变了配电网原有的电源结构、网络结构以及负荷结构。配电网的运行方式、潮流水平及流向复杂多变。传统配电网的保护原理与配置方案已面临着严峻挑战。对此,归纳总结了分布设备渗透对配电网保护的影响,综述了现存应对措施的优劣,梳理了主动配电网新环境下继电保护的研究方向及重点,并指出亟待解决的问题,为配电网保护的后续研究提供参考。
The original power, network, and load structures will change as distribution facilities such as distributed resources, stochastic load and energy storage battery access to the distribution system. The operation method, flow level and direction of distribution network are complicated and changeable. Therefore, the protection principle and configuration scheme of traditional distribution network give a challenge. Consequently, the influences of distribution equipment pene- tration on distribution network are summarized, and the pros and cons of existing measures are reviewed. Meanwhile, the research direction and key of relaying protection under the new environment of active distribution network are described. Some problems that need solving are pointed out, and all those work provide references for the further research of distribution system protection.
