摘要
目的:分析应用保护支架对胫腓骨骨折康复的影响。方法:2014年2月~2016年2月,入选研究对象64例,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组31例,观察组33例,均采用常规内固定手术治疗,开放性手术联合清创、负压引流治疗,对照组采用托马斯支架抬高;观察组采用自制骨科保护支架,对比两组的治疗效果及不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组2周VAS疼痛均值、住院时间、不良事件发生例数低于对照组,8周后踝关节功能、舒适度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胫腓骨骨折术后应用自制骨科保护支架,可有效降低并发症等不良事件发生风险,改善下肢生理条件,进而加速康复。
Objective ： To analyze the influence of application of protection stent on the rehabilitation of tibiofibular fracture. Methods ： Included 64 research targets from February 2014 to February 2016, and they were divided into 31 cases in the control group and 33 eases in the observation group with random number method, and all patients received the conventional fixation operation, open operation combined with debridement and negative pressure drainage treatment, patients in the control group employed Thomas stent for lifting, and patients in the observation group used self - made orthopedic protection stent, and patients in the two groups were compared in treatment effect and occurring of adverse events. Results ： The average value of VAS pain within 2 weeks, hospitalization period and occurring of adverse events of patients in the observation group were lower than those of patients in the control group, and the scores of ankle function and comfort after 8 weeks were higher than that of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The application of self - made orthopedic protection stent after tibiofibular fracture could reduce the risk of complications and other adverse risks, improve the physiological condition of lower limbs, so as to accelerate the rehabilitation.
