摘要
高职院校的办学定位和人才培养目标要求高职院校的思想政治课必须创新工作思路,实现知行合一,增强德育吸引力、感染力和影响力。本文以《思想道德修养与法律基础》课为突破口,寻找职业培育与思政教育的融合点,并从课程整体设计、教学内容安排、教学策略调整、考核方式变革等四个方面探索职业素养融入思政课的具体路径,提高思政课的实效性,让思政工作真正能够为高职院校大学生的成长助力。
The localization and the personnel training objectives of vocational college require some innovative thoughts in the ideological and political course so as to be consistent and improve the attraction and influence of moral education. Taking the course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis as an example,the article seeks the integration points of voca- tional education and ideological and political education and explores some ways to fuse the professional quality into the course from the course design, content arrangement, method adjustment and assessment reform to improve its effectiveness.
