摘要
目的了解安徽省妇幼保健服务3类目标人群对新生儿和婴儿基本知识的知晓状况。方法 "安徽省妇幼保健相关人群母婴健康素养调查"采用分层整群抽样方法,在全省抽取10个县(区)妇幼保健机构、15个社区卫生服务中心和15个乡镇卫生院,对婚检人群、孕妇夫妇、儿童家长进行问卷调查。本文从该项目数据库中提取新生儿及婴儿基本知识等相关数据进行统计分析。结果在5076名调查对象中,婚检对象2032人(40.0%),孕妇夫妇1487人(29.3%),儿童家长1557人(30.7%)。新生儿和婴儿基本知识知晓率为2.9%,其中婚检人群1.7%、孕妇夫妇3.0%、儿童家长4.5%。单因素Logistic回归分析显示,新生儿和婴儿基本知识知晓率与人群分类、城乡、性别、年龄、文化程度和职业等因素相关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,新生儿和婴儿基本知识知晓率与人群分类、性别、年龄、文化程度和职业等因素相关(P<0.05)。结论安徽省妇幼保健目标人群对新生儿和婴儿基本知识的知晓率仅为2.9%,影响知晓率的相关因素有性别、年龄、文化程度和职业等。亟待采取措施加强对新生儿和婴儿基本知识的宣传教育。
Objective To identify the awareness of basic knowledge of newborns and infants among 3 target popu- lations of maternal and child health （MCH） in Anhui Province. Methods By using a stratified clustered sampling meth- od, a total of 10 counties, 15 streets and 15 townships were selected. At the 10 county/district MCH station, premarital care clients were interviewed. At the 15 township hospitals and 15 community health centers, pregnant women and their husbands, and child parents were interviewed. A structured questionnaire was used for the interview. Results Among the 5076 participants, there were 2032 premarital clients （40. 0% ）, pregnant women and their husbands （29. 3% ）, and 1557 child parents （30. 7% ）. The overall awareness rate of basic knowledge of newborn and infant was 2. 9%, and rates among premarital care clients, pregnant women and their husbands, and child parents were 1.7% , 3.0% and 4. 5% respective- ly. The univariate logistic regression analysis showed that client type, gender, age, education and occupation were related to the overall awareness （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that client type, gender, age, edu- cation and occupation were related to the overall awareness （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The overall awareness rate of basic knowledge of newborns and infants was 2. 9% among target population of MCH in Anhui Province, and gender, age, education and occupation were also related to the overall awareness rate. It is therefore necessary and urgent to strengthen health education for MCH clients to raise their awareness of basic newborns and infants knowledge.
