摘要
研究了不同的热处理工艺对34CrMo1发电机转子力学性能的影响,分析了转子的显微组织。结果表明,经过常规热处理的转子内部冲击韧度不达标,冲击功平均值仅为26 J;对转子进行880℃高温淬火+780℃亚温淬火+650℃高温回火后,转子内部冲击韧度得到提高,冲击功平均值达到37 J,性能满足了使用要求。
The influence of different heat treatment processes on mechanical properties of 34CrMo1 generator rotor was investigated, and the rotor's microstrueture under different heat treatment processes were analyzed. The results show that the inner impact toughness is insufficient after conventional heat treatment, and the average impact energy is only 26 J. After the heat treatment of high temperature quenching at 880 ℃ + sub-temperature quenching at 780℃ + high temperature tempering at 780 ℃, the inner impact toughness of the rotor was improved and the properties can met the requirements, and the average impact energy reaches 36 J.
