摘要
目的探讨B超引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗复杂腹腔感染的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年2月—2015年5月期间收治的复杂腹腔感染患者60例,随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组采用传统开腹手术,观察组采用B超引导下经皮穿刺置管引流术,比较2组患者临床指标、疗效、体温、白细胞以及中性粒细胞的变化情况。结果对照组总有效率(73.33%)明显低于观察组(93.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组住院费用和住院时间明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7d后,对照组体温、白细胞以及中性粒细胞明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B超引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗复杂腹腔感染的效果确切,能明显减少住院时间和住院费用,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of B-ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage in treatment of complicated intra-abdominal infection.Methods 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in Dexing people＇s hospital from February 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each.Control group took traditional open surgery,observation group took B-ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage.The changes of clinical indexes,efficacy,temperature,leukocyte and neutrophil of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of control group（73.33%）was significantly lower than observation group（93.33%）（P〈0.05）;The hospitalization expense and hospital stays of control group were significantly higher than those of observation group（P〈0.05）;After 7d treatment,the temperature,leukocyte and neutrophil of control group were significantly higher than those of observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion B-ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage in treatment of complicated intra-abdominal infection has definite effects,which can obviously reduce hospital stays and hospitalization expense,promote patients＇ early recovery.
