摘要
采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,通过间接求解的方法分析了高温高压介质进入压力容器法兰接头瞬间到压力容器稳定运行的过程中,法兰接头区域瞬态温度场及瞬态热应力随时间的变化情况,对法兰接头的结构应力进行了分析计算,并对螺柱进行了应力评定。评定结果表明,从高温高压介质进入压力容器法兰接头瞬间到压力容器稳定运行的过程中,螺柱不会产生屈服。
Aiming at flange joint area transient temperature field,it uses the indirect method and analyzes the transient thermal stress with the time changing in the process of high temperature and high pressure medium entering the flange joint of pressure vessel at stable operation based on ANSYS system,obtains the structure stress of flange joint and the stress of bolt. The evaluation results show that the bolt is not yield in the process of high temperature and high pressure medium entering the flange joint of pressure vessel.
