摘要 为了提高新型Zn-Al-Mg-Ni-V合金镀层表面质量,在锌液中加入了铋元素,研究了铋元素对合金液流动性、镀层结构及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:锌合金镀层的耐蚀性随铋含量的增加而降低;在合金液中加入约0.05%(质量分数)的铋时,合金液的流动性最好,镀层厚度最小,但是镀层的耐蚀性比未添加铋时略有降低。 Bismuth was added into galvanizing zinc in order to improve the surface quality of new type of Zn-Al-Mg- Ni-V alloy coating. The influences of adding bismuth on the liquidity of the molten alloy, the structure and corrosion resistance of the coating were investigated. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the coating decreased with the increase of bismuth content in the coating. When the mass fraction of bismuth in the molten alloy was 0. 05%, the liquidity of the molten alloy was the best, and the thickness of the coating was the thinnest, but the corrosion resistance decreased slightly compared to the coating without adding bismuth.
