摘要
为了确定近距离煤层群开采时下煤层开切眼的合理位置,本文在对木瓜矿9~#煤层和10~#煤层近距离煤层开采地质条件分析的基础上,对上层9~#煤层开采后底板破坏深度及煤柱下方的支承压力分布情况及影响范围进行了力学计算,理论计算结果表明,10~#煤层回采巷道与9~#煤层巷道的内错距需不小于15 m;此外,利用FLAC3D有限元数值模拟软件对9~#煤层采后围岩应力与岩层移动情况进行分析,并在此基础上进一步分析其对下煤层矿压的影响,通过对比研究最终确定10~#煤层合理开切眼的位置,与理论计算结果基本一致,该布置方式可为近距离煤层群下煤层开采开切眼位置的选择提供一定的借鉴意义。
To determine the rational position of open-off in lower seam of close distance coal seam group, based on analysis of mining geological conditions of close distance coal seam group (No. 9 coal seam and No. 10 coal seam) in Mugua Mine, the au- thors analyzed floor failure depth after the upper 9# coal seam mining and distribution law and influence range of support pressure under coal pillar by mechanical calculation, theoretical calculation result showed that staggered distance of mining roadways of No. 9 coal seam and No. 10 coal seam should be over 15 m; and through analyzing surrounding rock stress and rock strata move-ment after No. 9 seam mining and the influence on mine pressure by FLAC3D finite element numerical simulation software, the rational location of open-off in No. 10 seam was determined finally, which was basically agreed with the theoretical calculation result, the arrangement form provided a certain reference for open-off location selection in lower seam mining of close distance coal seam group.
