摘要
通过对现有设计影响抽采泵站循环水系统中高低位水池清淤过程中存在的问题和缺陷进行分析,提出了地面瓦斯抽采泵站循环水系统中高低位水池的清淤工艺方案,并对方案实施过程当中的安全措施进行了详细的分析,提出"一池两用"的优化设计方案,实现了矿井不停泵清淤。优化设计后,保证了泵体日常运行和定期清淤维护的用水需求,现场应用效果良好。
By analyzing the existing problems and defects in high-low pool dradging process, proposed cleaning procedure plan for high-low pool in circulated water system of ground gas drainage station, and analyzed safety measures in plan implemen- tation process, put forward the "dual-use" optimized design scheme that could dredge with no interruption. After optimization, water demand for daily operation and regular maintenance could be met. Field application effect was favorable.
