反应时间与焙烧温度对NiAl-LDHs的性能影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用尿素分解法制备镍铝类水滑石(NiAl-LDHs),考察不同反应时间和焙烧温度对NiAl-LDHs的性能影响。采用低温氮物理吸附、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重-差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、程序升温还原(TPR)、CO脉冲吸附等手段对其进行结构表征。结果表明,尿素分解法是一种有效的合成较高比表面积LDHs的方法,反应16h可以合成具有双孔结构较高结晶度的NiAl-LDHs;焙烧温度为500℃时,晶化度高,CO的吸附量最大,为7.601mL/g。 NiAl-LDHs was prepared by urea decomposition method,investigating the effect of different reaction time and calcination temperature on the performance of NiAl-LDHs.The presented samples of structure was characterized by low-temperature nitrogen adsorption,X-ray diffraction,thermo-gravimetric differential thermal analysis,Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy,temperature programmed reduction and CO pulse chemisorption techniques.Experimental results showed that Urea decomposition method is an effective method for the synthesis of LDHs which has high specific surface area,using this method the high crystallinity of NiAl-LDHs with dual-pore structure could be synthesized by 16 hours' reaction.The adsorption capacity of CO was the largest when the calcination temperature was 500 ℃ and can reach 7.601mL/g.
