摘要
文章从理论和实践角度探讨产业竞争情报服务支撑开放创新的模式。首先从理论视角分析开放创新范式下产业竞争情报的意义,然后分析创新系统中产业竞争情报支持创新资源优化配置和创新主体协同与整合的作用,最后论述产业竞争情报服务支撑开放创新的主体、要素及环境,结合公益机构提供产业竞争情报服务的案例分析,指出产业竞争情报促进开放创新需要的制度安排。
This paper aims at discussing industrial competitive intelligence service patterns for open innovation from the theoretical and practical perspectives. First, the significance of industrial competitive intelligence under open innovation paradigm is analyzed in theoretical perspective. Next, the function of industrial competitive intelligence in innovation system supporting the allocation of innovation resources and integration and synergy of innovation subjects is analyzed. Then subjects, elements and environment of industrial competitive intelligence service for open innovation are articulated. Based on the above analysis and combined with a case study of public interest organization providing industrial competitive intelligence service, the paper points out the institutional arrangements of industrial competitive intelligence towards open innovation.
