摘要
基于CGSS 2013中国综合调查中的数据,着力探索社会管理服务满意度与居民主观幸福感之间的线性关系。研究发现,人口登记与户籍服务、社会治安、社会矛盾化解等基本社会服务满意度这3个变量与居民主观幸福感存在显著的正相关性。同时,社会管理服务整体满意度也与居民主观幸福感具有显著的正相关性,而食品药品安全、互联网服务管理、经济与社会组织管理、维护市场秩序这4个社会管理服务满意度与居民主观幸福感没有相关性。政府可加强社会管理服务以提高居民主观幸福感,进一步构建服务型政府。
Based on the data of CGSS2013 comprehensive survey in China,this paper tries to explore the linear relationship between social management service satisfaction and people' s subjective sense of wellbeing.It is found that 3 variables,namely,population registration and household registration,social security and social conflict resolution,have significant positive correlation with people' s subjective sense of wellbeing.At the same time,the overall satisfaction of social management service is also remarkably positive correlated with people' s subjective sense of well-being,while food and drug safety,Internet service management,economic and social organization management and market order maintenance,all of the 4variables concerning social management service satisfaction show no correlation with people' s subjective wellbeing.The government can strengthen the social management services to improve people' s subjective wellbeing so as to further build a service-oriented government.
