经跗骨窦切口跟骨微创钢板结合空心钉内固定治疗Sanders Ⅱ型跟骨骨折 被引量:16

摘要 跟骨骨折主要是高处坠落的高能量损伤所致,跟骨骨折占全身骨折的2%左右,占跗骨骨折的60%左右,其中75%为关节内骨折。跟骨外侧大切口切开复位内固定术是跟骨关节内骨折的有效治疗方法,但因跟骨外侧切口皮瓣血供不是很丰富,特别在高龄、
